Zoon is a conscience, homegrown brand which means that the order goes into the production only when it's confirmed. This helps us practice our mindful design process, reduce wastage and carefully curate each customised piece for you.

Our standard order processing time is 25 business days.

You will receive an email with confirmation and order tracking after the order is placed.

Domestic Delivery

- Domestic/Pan-India orders will be delivered in 2-3 business days post dispatch.

International Delivery

- Standard international shipping is free above INR 30000 / USD 350 and take 4/5 business days to deliver post dispatch.

We deliver to more than 100 countries around the world and offer different shipping options as applicable.

DISCLAIMER FOR INTERNATION SHIPPING

- In case of countries/cities with less connectivity or higher charges than expected due to any issue, we hold the right to request the customers to pay the extra shipping charges depending on the weight and the volume of the package.

- Custom Duties & Taxes/VAT for international orders are not included in your order as we ship on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid)/ FOB (Free On Board) basis. As the recipient/consignee, you will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes levied by your country directly to the shipping agency (DHL/ FedEx etc.) at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice by the shipping company.

Please note that Sundays and Public Holidays are not counted as business days for standard deliveries.

All orders are processed from our own workshop in Okhla, New Delhi, India. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and mobile number.
