Exchange & Return Policy


Every Zoon piece is completely handmade and involves the time-tested craftsmanship of skilled artisans. Since we follow conscious design practice, every piece is made-to-order for you only once it's confirmed. Therefore, we offer exchange only in sizes.

-The customer must initiate the size exchange request via email at care@zoontribe.com within 5 days of receiving the product. The customer has to bear shipping cost for exchanging an item. The goods must be sent back in their original state, with all the tags intact. 
-Every customer is valued at Zoon and in case of any damage in transit or a wrong item delivery (color/size), the product is eligible for exchange. Please write to us at care@zoontribe.com within 5 days of receiving the product.


    -We do not accept exchange on custom sizing. In case the size ordered is required to be changed, we will provide alterations at no extra charge.

    -The customer has to bear shipping costs for exchanging/altering an item. 

    -Products sold under promotions, sales or at a discounted price cannot be exchanged.
